Booking and Appointments

Consultation Requirement: All injectable treatments require a mandatory clinical consultation prior to treatment. This consultation assesses your suitability for treatment and allows us to develop a personalized treatment plan.

Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed after you receive a confirmation email or SMS. Online booking requests are subject to availability and clinician approval.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
No-show: Full treatment fee charged

Consultation Fee

A consultation fee of $50 applies for initial assessments. This fee is fully redeemable against any treatment performed within 30 days of the consultation. If you choose not to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is not refundable.

Treatment Results

Individual Results Vary: Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person based on individual anatomy, metabolism, and lifestyle factors. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Follow-up Appointments: Some treatments require follow-up appointments for optimal results. These may incur additional charges depending on the treatment plan.

Medical Contraindications

Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may make you unsuitable for treatment. You must disclose all relevant medical information during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine it is not safe or appropriate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Treatment prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings are honored at the price quoted at booking.

Limitation of Liability

True Glow Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic services. While we maintain the highest standards of care, all medical procedures carry inherent risks. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
